Have been doing some DD over the past week a points to note and reason why I haven't gone in it:
1. Where is the corporate governance? Raft of NEDs left, Board consists of 3 personal only
2. MD and Chair - Vladimir, gets paid $300k+ a year wow. Related party entities getting cherry on the pie too
3. Corporate presentations? Zilch
4. Management experience in mining and leading mining companies? All it says is 30+ years... in what? which companies? any success?
