Remember Peter Kondrat in the plant hearing said the production plant can be built in 28 days. It’s now just a matter of who’s paying for it. H1 or possibly IACX Energy deal? One thing we do know is BNL are getting short of cash, but with a proved up field, surely borrowing the money would be an option? Then there is the $12 million option for Lincoln County. BNL have some big decisions to make.
Can a share issue occur before Sept 5, 2025, when the last lot were issued? if I read the ASX rules correctly… no extra 7.1A mandate shares can be issued within any 12 month period, but is that for approval or for issue?
