    There may be a few sorry buyers when Azure announces their 2nd of up to 24 monthly placements. This time it could be less than 0.9 cents and I think it is very close if last month is a guide.

    This line of credit is a dampener at the very least. I find it ropable that perpetual dilution was the chosen path forward.
