Hey guys I don’t understand why do we bother for water rights..they want to drill 400m in the beginning but they did 402m for CM and they already had the water rights for that .IMO there is not something 2 clear all of us in that announcement cause I think they acquired new project RM in that announcement and they applied for the water rights for RM not for CM ..its bit confusing announcement for us if they need to apply for water rights for CM they can obviously get it because they already got it before and water issuing department knows what they are looking for and if they get it we can’t leave them in middle..come on man its America we are not drilling in those countries where you need to go through such things.what I figured it out and its took them so long to drill that hole because of unfavourable ground conditions not because of water rights..if someone has different thinking (opinion) most welcome but that’s what my opinion.GLTH
