Outcropping pegs found in the Shaw River area. Also contains historic tin and tantalite mines and apparently never tested for lithium.
Lithium–caesium–tantalum (LCT) pegmatites are enriched in Li, Cs, Ta (Tantalum), Be, B, F, P, Mn, Ga, Rb, Nb, Sn (Tin) and Hf. Examples of major LCT pegmatite mines are Greenbushes, Wodgina and Pilgangoora.
All drill sites are within an 80km radius of these major LCT mines and the Marble Bar deposit.
It might have been wiser to test peg samples for lithium first, but we'll soon find out regardless.
