Its not that sellers dont understand the announcement, they understand just fine. This announcement says we have market sensitive news in atleast 6 weeks, and no drilling till after those results.
This will drop, and many of the same sellers will hope to pick up some at a much lower price 3rd week of Jan.
This is what the market has become.
Good announcement though, ill be hoping to get some in 6 weeks.
