Yeah, you're correct. Millrock dropped below the 5% substantial holding threshold last September after the cap raising at that time. They didn't change their holding then, they just got diluted.
So there seems to be no one in the substantial holder category at the present time. Which means that there will be no change notice from the seller. Depends who the buyer is, whether they need to report the addition to their holding.
Seems to me like it was the seller wanting out, rather than a buyer looking around for stock, just judging from the below market price it crossed. Let's hope it wasn't Millrock, as they would have someone on site in Alaska looking at the cores and would have a rough but pretty handy idea already of what was in them.
