Mate the question is easy to answer, you contact the company, complete the form, pay the strike price and the company issues you the shares and publishes the notice on the ASX that they have issued more shares due to a conversion of options.

If you are buying these options now, I'd be surprised if you have to worry about conversion as the examples I've given of the price movement means most people would sell the option rather than paying the extra cash to convert it.

I'm simply advising you to do some research or training on options before buying some because as good as leverage is it can work the other way, ie you buy .004 today but market has a bad night next day RMLO is .002 you're down half your investment. So it is a very much be careful situation, more moving factors than a share, but more risk = more reward or more loss depending on how it goes.
