Tranche 4 to 7 conditions based on JORC up to one million oz at 1g or greater (should be pretty easy).
But I don't really care how much gold he finds unless it also helps us long suffering shareholders. I'm more interested in Tranche 1 to 3 conditions which expire in December this year, requiring a share price of $0.20, then $0.30 and finally $0.40. That will add huge value to his ten million "JORC shares" plus three million "price shares" as well as our own shares if he can pull that one off.
