People who don't understand geology will always use nearology as a reason to buy ... You really shouldn't be buying based on nearlogy if you are buying any stock long term. Its ok to trade nearology as you can get some spikes. Buying based off what someone else has (GGP), a once in a lifetime discovery is not sensible.
