completely agree re the salaries and them being (currently) over paid, i honestly think if they announced that they were reducing salaries in lieu of performance shares it would change sentiment with the company
Re James Tyers investment in AAU he did just contribute $100k to the capital raise in August and picked up another 2 million shares, so his position is better than alluded to in your post which is positive
