i am not saying he isn't working hard or isn't worth it, but i think its pretty obvious AAU is in a funding predicament otherwise we wouldnt be valued at $15m which is not too far off the value of some shells, considering our portfolio of projects it makes little to no sense.

if we had cash in the bank i still wouldnt be that bothered about the pay its the fact that we are about to do our 4th raise in the space of 14 months which by anyone's standards is not ideal.

again if our market cap was >$50m probably wouldnt bother me, but doing a raise at this level is going to hurt

I am also saying just change the structure of the pay, i.e. reduce salary but introduce performance options - that way he can take home more cash but at least it will be aligned with share price increasing
