I think it's important to discuss a stock from more than one perspective, otherwise it will become an echo chamber. The remuneration piece is a very real and valid concern imo. Speculative or pre-revenue companies should really focus more on performance-based rewards to truly align to the shareholders interest imo. Of course nobody would complain if the SP was at 10c plus, as that would mean the BoD are doing their job in terms of advancing shareholder interests...instead we see a dilutive raise which cratered the share price. Yes I acknowledge that that is just part of the current macro environment, but a significant amount of the relatively small raise is going right into director pockets. I got out of this stock but periodically check in as it's an interesting story. But they are getting paid like we are already at point C, when we are at point A. Does that light a fire under anybody?
