Quite a few of us can see the potential. What has me perplexed is why we don't have funding already. That should light a fire under everything. Is it that the prospect is not convincing enough to those who would provide the funding, because of risks such as the future price of gold/silver/copper/antimony, Cuba, future COP risk, the business case in general or something else? It's got me beat.
