IMO AAU have not yet announced completion or MOU for finance arrangements because there's a few other things being squared away firstly / in paralell.

I think the 1st of December is a key mini-hurdle and then beyond there, maybe things become a bit more bouyont.

And we also have Jerome Powell addressing the market again on the 5th of December (??) so that'll be interesting for the outlook and the ability of the current monetary model to service its own debt levels. So keep one eye on BRICS+ too is my other suggestion.
