how much of a double spend is it really ? the cost of the testing in Cuba where the govt is your JV partner is likely to be much lesser than sending the cores off to either Canada or Peru as had recently been mentioned.

what does it facilitate ? - well the continued dicsussion and progress around the Offtake discussions and whatever finance or Operational Equity partner contribution is being pursued (that one that was mentioned atbeing able to be done At Value and not necessarily At (depressed) Market Prices)

None of us here could even know whether those locally tested assays were actually even asked of by the parties having discussions with, rather than delay / await official JORC to come back, why would they do that ? maybe to buy the time in organisation whatever cash amountsthey plan to come on board with ?
