Anyone sees any red flag do raise those.
If you an issue with board's salary, that is a valid concern and should be raised. Discussion around succession plan is fair game too.
Brian and Co reads Hotcopper so they can see them as well.
If you challenge the integrities of the people running the company then take a loss and move on.
