None of us here could even know whether those locally tested assays were actually even asked of by the parties having discussions with, rather than delay / await official JORC to come back, why would they do that ? maybe to buy the time in organisation whatever cash amountsthey plan to come on board with ?

all speculation - but it's not necessarily negative to "spend" twice for the early heads up informaitron

all pretty simple , the results are not recgonised ( not qualified) by the big badass yanks for a jorc, thats all it is , everyone else does but no not the slavemasters so most co elect to use cuban testing as a f* you whilst investing in the locals. all makes sense to me.
