Project looks decent enough, not sure how I feel about the Cuban JV so just consider that neutral.
I reckon big holders need to get in the chair's ear, and find out why Brian and JT are paid so ridiculously, I'd even look at the chair skeptically given the situation. If they take a big cash based pay cut and have a share based component I think it'd do a lot for sentiment here.
If Brian thinks $780k AUD is prudent at this stage, he needs to jog tf on.
