Hi Cap, I was thinking of ways of raising cash outside of CR. There are at least 2 ways it can be done.

1. A loan (could be from a major shareholder or private financier) where interest is payable or capped into the loan and this loan to be repaid in cash or converted into shares. IMO this is the most likely outcome here.

2. AAU farm out it's interest in LA project for cash injection thus my comment on 20-30% of something is better than 100% nothing.

If there is a CR I would prefer a Right Issue where all existing SH can participate.
