a loan with interest capitalised would be ideal, i just don't know how easy that will be to get when we are at this stage of the cycle without funding sorted yet.
but that would be the best solution, as when we are producing decent cash in 2025 call it, then all the interest and loans can be paid off relatively quickly, whilst we would minimise any dilution
