Cassini only owned 30% of Nebo-Babel.
And if I'm not mistaken, were taken over at about a $1Bn asset valuation for their 30%.
Something else to consider, the Nebo_Babel analogy only really applies to Cronus.
The reefs on which they're currently reporting are a different geology - much quicker & easier than Cronus.
Similarly, whereas NB is predominantly Ni/Cu, TM1 seem to believe Cronus is more Cu/Au.
I know which combo I prefer.
