The Processing Plant includes, Primary Crusher,Secondary Crusher,Reclaimer,Vertical Roll Mill,Wet Plant,and other infrastructure. 30% completed includes,Civils, Foundation and small amount of construction in my opinion. Still along way to go for us,GR engineering are doing the construction, have a look on their website for design ect. I work for them.
