Great announcement but,
Vendors of the Dante project will be exiting more and more stock on these liquidity announcements. They are in no hurry to hang around. Large overhang of vendor shares still haunting this companies SP.
consideration for the acquisition includes the issue of 50,000,000 ordinary shares and 60,000,000 performance shares in GCX which convert into ordinary shares subject to the satisfaction of certain performance milestones.
