I have little knowledge of how a XRF works but a learned gentleman told me last year that it pinpoints a particular spot to provide a reading rather than analysing the whole sample. I am happy to stand corrected on that point. It maybe used to assist in sample selection for assaying however the geos know far more than I do. GL has been a support to RB acting as a "yes" man. Given RB has stepped down from the BOD I maintain my stance that he should stand down. I foresee that taking place when a new director is appointed or next time he is up for re-election whichever occurs first.
