    This announcement is a smokescreen to hide RIM's significant financial and litigation issues.

    The saying "Buy the rumour, sell the news" has not applied with the market choosing to "Sell the rumour, sell the news". That does not bode well.

    Board change is a fair accompli. It can't come soon enough as RIM need to go into damage control to restore SH and market confidence.
