The facts are clear and simple as far as this conversation about centro is concerned...........NO LICENCES or PERMISSIONS GRANTED YET
I am as hopeful as the next man but it's NOT a done deal so NO need to look any further. Confidence and expectations are high as is mine but I will not contribute here too much more on the goldie until all regulations etc etc are set in concrete.................anything else is speculative and predictive and at times verbal diahorreah
