Well they will need to do a CR very soon, and with currently 1.2 BILLION shares in issue I personally cannot see this headed anywhere but to the 1.1 cent gap.
That's a lot of shares on issue, and more to come with the CR, so it's not down ramping, it's just facts on the fundamentals of what will occur given the low cash levels and high amount of shares on issue
