Not sure why this is such a big surprise.
If I recall correctly, Tony has mentioned (written or verbal) that there was at least 1 (possibly two) significant deposits in the area making this a "multi-generational" deposit.
I guess this at least starts to prove it.
With any luck (and continued diligence in the process) the needle will move, in time. Personally, I like the idea of holding out for dividends. Wouldn't take much for most to get their buy in back through dividends ...and then some
