@gtc61 Understood, in saying that there is wiggle room in the rules for delays in announcing, and my suggestion to management is to use those rules to their advantage. Is it a coincidence that in the specie space we more than often see potentially SP lifting MS anns released on days where the market is expected to be green and on expected red trading days it is the opposite? None the less I suspect management would get the jest if they were reading HC of which I doubt they do.

Either way my suggestion stands.
