Significant overhang; I see as trapped traders looking to exit at BE or somewhere close to. On another note, I do like shrinking sell volume with price in a tight ranging zone - shows traders are holding out and any move up can be reasonably smooth. Follow this with three weeks of buying volume on little price movement and we have an explosive situation to the up side. This week is looking like the first week of strong buying volume with little price movement. The last of these patterns occurred back in sep 2017.
