I know personally a handful of Geo's that were all over that ground looking for Bauxite and Mark Creasy put some drill holes just 300m to the east of the Julimar Discovery Hole, Close but not Close Enough!, you have probably not heard that one before, but it is true , just research in the MRE archives and you will find the open file details, I don't think his Geo's assayed the chips for PGE's or maybe they did, but the report that they wrote was very average and they dropped the ground until a young French Geo working for Tim convinced them to peg the ground in 2018 and the rest is history.
