Perhaps a number of people have come to the same conclusion I did when I did a cursory review a while back. Contents in the ground may be good, but the capital requirements to produce a REE concentrate are much higher than a number of other hopefuls. Thus their claims of being the first new deposit to go into production seem a bit fanciful TBH. IMHO - DYOR.
