Hello. The difference between MTM and PTR is PTR need to raise capital. PTR have lots of work to do. I've posted I guess the brokers will price a $10M capital raising at 25 cents, which would be a $100M market cap. The PTR deposit looks good but not as large as I personally expected.
Note: I made an error above. @25 cent capital raising price is valuing the entire deposit at $100M at this time; including NYR. If it is only PTR to be valued at $100M, the capital raising price would be 28.5 cents for $10M.
