No one knows where the market bottom is so not everyone can at the bottom, therefore the market buy design has buys and sells at all levels. Just because someone buys in now at 0.28 and it drops doesn't meant they have lost money and it cannot appreciate
"keep dragging the CR and watch more dilution" You do realise that Dragging out the CR does not cause dilution right? It is the process of a CR that will deliver that.
