I reckon PTR will be in talks to do a placement to a major, probably at a premium.
PTR would want ~$10m for an aggressive drilling campaign and they would have absolutely no problem raising that all.....the brokers will have been hassling PTR for weeks to raise at a discount. It seems clear to me that PTR have said no to that.
All in my opinion.
