I get the impression that anyone that ends every comment with 'in my opinion' is doing it consistently to cover themselves legally, which probably means they have a professional stake in trading. Which makes me think that they are motivated in what they are saying against the average joe. and in trading it's generally beating someone out of their money rather than supporting the underlying asset. It really makes me distrustful.
