Haha good one, no dilution, no CR, everything is gonna run off pixie dust. Whatever way you look at it there will be some form of dilution.. did you again forget where funding comes from in this end of the market? During exploration phases?
Production capex could be equity funded, offtake partner could fund it, or it could even be debt funded. If the DFS ends up as robust as they believe it will be, it should validate the project and spark relevant interests, presenting options. I have no doubts AM and the team could have secured an MOU offtake by now. It's just not what they are after.
AM is a mining engineer with 30 years experience. Where exactly this was all spent, I couldnt truthfully tell you who he worked for, maybe you can crack a beer with him at the next AGM. You liked his profile enough to invest initially, hasnt really changed much since, has it? From
The australian graphite conference:
"Allan Mulligan is a mining engineer with 30 years of management and production experience. He has specialised in technical assessment and production economics, feasibilities, project design and costing of underground mines and prospects. Allan has worked extensively in exploration, mine development and operations across Southern Africa and understands clearly the value-interface between Australian capital and African opportunity.
Allan was a founding member of Walkabout Resources Pty Ltd which was acquired by ASX listed Nimrodel Resources early in 2011. He has previously been on the Boards of several Western Australian explorers."

Contact the company to find out where your assays and met results are. There are alot of results pending - seemingly very promising and should contribute to a very compelling feasibility study.
Again if you are not satisfied with your sub 1c stock, offload it. If you dont like mgmt, our biggest holder also the chairman and MD, then why are you here? On the off chance he decides to pack it in and hand it all to some other bloke? Haha laughable. Seriously think about what you are saying mate.
