As long as the competent person states it is allowed, I guess it is allowed.
But should be challenged at the AGM as transparency with shareholders 365 days per year means the difference between ongoing project funding and not.
I am a previous, but not current shareholder. I hope someone brings this up either at the AGM at the latest, or directly and publishes the interaction here.
