All the talk about the new regulations regarding Ethanol is definitely favourable for ICO. In the announcement yesterday Indcor said they expect "an announcement of the Federal package in the next few days". Once this announcement comes (and if it is positive for the Company) I think we shall see major developments for Indcor. After what I saw on channel nine this morning, there is no doubt that favourable outcomes will be resolved by the Federal Government in the next few days.
