So, because it appears you can't bring yourself to acknowledge while people may tell you that the sky is purple, if you look past the smoke, it's blue.

So, refer article #1 attached Dados do Processo - Itap. It's the full report from the DNPM on the Itapitanga tenement. You will note the dates on the second page, the table references the distribution of information to the applicant - which also reflect the date of announcements made by CTM to the ASX - Especially the one on the 2nd Feb.. That date corresponds with two things: Cessation of our trading halt, and; notification of the transfer of rights from the original tenement holder to us. We won't go into the fact the process commenced 18th December 2017 - and item 5 bullet point 1 of the speeding ticket response refers to time-frames within CTM (board) around the acquisition reflecting this (generally). Bingo. Now I have precedence (being the support of information transfer from DNPM to Centaurus..)

So we flick to the Salobo tenement search results (Article #2 Dados do Processo).. (the tenement is held under Terrativa - but I didn't need to tell you that).

The last date for any communication with Terrativa by DNPM was.............................. 29th March 2018.

NOW. Read the quarterly, issued 24th April: You can see how CTM have informed us of the issue, potential issues and alluded to a potential delay. This is why we cannot be pinged by continuous disclosure.. They said everything, used some key words which in retrospect are fundamental - and nothing alarming to the casual investor, until now.

During the Quarter, the Company lodged an application to clear vegetation and to drill on the Salobo West project tenements with ICMBio, the environmental agency in charge of the forested area where the project is located and the agency which previously granted the Company its non‐ground disturbing licence to access the area to undertake soil sampling and other non‐ground disturbing activities. The Company is now working with ICMBio to have the clearing and drilling licence granted in the next few months to allow the Company to be able to drill after the end of the wet season and the completion of the RC drilling program at the Itapitanga Nickel‐Cobalt Project. As a result of the seasonal wet season in the region, the focus of activity during the Quarter was on the ongoing review of historical exploration data from the project area to assist with drill target definition and the commencement of the licencing process for drilling.

Why would you lodge a permit, and then work with the permit authority???? You don't do that, unless there's something to be worked on.

Now I put this up here not to accuse anyone of anything - there are processes in place in boards which need ticking off before information is resolved, released or otherwise acted upon. What it does do is add transparency and if mgmt read this, they are aware we can access the information - leading to more transparency down the line.
