Strong USD , tail wind for PM. If FED will taper and reiterate that will raise interest rates in 2022 , USD will stay firm for a year and PM will stay at present levels. BUT if FED won't taper AND the infrastructure bill will pass then a much weaker USD will push PM prices higher.
