They were too focussed on the Mexican projects and more recently the cu/ni at Andover. Got to the point where they had very little cash left. Started hyping up the lithium late last year, despite being aware of it for 6-9 months prior. Let’s not forget that creasy has had this tenement since 2012.
Sqm took advantage of the Azs cash situation. Azs played it safe and took the deal pre drill. If azs had bigger balls, redirected funds earlier and drilled first they would’ve had plenty of funding options open to them and we probably wouldn’t have seen as much dilution.
