Agree with all being said here folks - the JORC IS A GIVEN and similar to the graphite assets - there really is no urgency to continue to deliver more resources in ground (they have many more saprolite hosted graphite sites but have decided there is little need to prove up more but shift focus to rutile discovery). But this "could" suggest the company is focused on proving up more rutile - to increase companies value for much sort after rutile for a takeover proposal - who knows if they have not been approached already!
New mines minister stated some very encouraging comments re mining development yesterday - visit Malawi mining and trade review site or GBE forum.
