Drilling results need to be spectacular for the Market to fall in love with ADG & the Market response to today's announcement is 'as expected'.
The grades & intercept widths are somewhere between average to reasonable, but certainly nothing spectacular (i.e. wide bonanza grades) to inspire the Market to re-rate the stock.
Looking ahead at ADG's potential near-future announcements...
- More drilling results similar to today's announcement.
- An updated investor presentation (maybe).
- Details regarding the next CR (placement or entitlements issue).
In the current Market circumstances (where it's a bit more difficult to raise decent amounts of cash compared to previous years), I wonder what the offer price will be for ADG's next cap raise campaign?
