RIO has over 6 Billion Plus Dollors invested in their Country 34% of Materials sold goes to the Mongolian Government
by way of Royalties.
One would think that the Mongolian Government are keen to kick of the Underground Mining.
For want of a better way to put it, Let the Money Train Begin (Copper & Gold).
