Actually MLP, 3 million at One tenth of 1 cent ! and another half million share bid at one fifth of 1 cent !
totally ridiculous and so far from the money that they shouldn't be allowed. I have had bids / offers refused listing that were closer to the money than these by miles.
No one factors in that 3.5 million as serious buyers, in my opinion it makes the buy spread look worse for the stock not better.
