You aren't reading the room well Jess, I don't have any direct contact with Dean and don't particularly think I am one of his favorite people. If I really was a chart guru with any conviction, my position would be not held.
I haven't bought or sold any DRE for close on 6 months, if not longer.
One and a half weeks of drilling and no leaky ship buys either.
