The only people who believe a rate cut is coming any time soon are the ones that are glued to the mainstream news! The same scumbags who lied to us for 3 years about everything Covid related have now been lying about rate cuts for over a year. While at the same time, they are constantly running stories and talking about the amazing property market and how it is the best time ever to get involved (with rate cuts just around the corner, around 18 months later). They are going to bankrupt a lot of sheeple that's for sure! They probably already have. Many suburbs are already starting to sell at losses. The crash is near, the way down is not going to be pretty! Then time for the ASX to finally shine!
