Australian governments love the influx of capital to residential property because it props up our economy and provides significant income to the states through stamp duty. Investment prorerties provide significant write off's to land lords through negative gearing another act of stupidity in my book. Australia used to be the lucky country however now it has become the stupid country. Australian government's are lazy and incompitant with stuff all vision for the future. This country needs a major overall in many areas it cant even get its shit together on energy now we are talking neuclear i mean stick to the plan.
